Tech’s geotechnical managers (engineers/geologist) are extremely knowledgeable with regard to local subsurface conditions, including problem soils (Orange soils, Marine Clays, naturally occurring asbestos, expansive soils, acidic soils, etc.), groundwater, and the requirements of building codes, local jurisdictions, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are also highly experienced in planning and executing subsurface explorations and geotechnical engineering investigations.
